Adam has been looking for the perfect grill for several years and he thinks he has found it. It is an Aussie that we ran across at a "home improvement center" and although we were not specifically shopping for a grill, we ended up taking it home with us. We love that it a gas grill that you can also use charcoal on so you really get the best of both worlds: slow, even cooking over propane with the flavor of cooking on a charcoal grill. We think Hank Hill would approve. Here's looking forward to many flavorful grilled meals and much less cooking (and cleaning) in the kitchen for mom! We were happy to give our old grill to some friends of ours so that they can cook for their entire family of 10 - soon to be 11 - on two grills all at once.
