I've given up personal computer time for Lent, but like to observe Sundays during Lent as a mini-Easter. The past two Sundays I've caught up on a little blog reading and email, but this week I decided to update this blog with a few tidbits.

*Adam found a nest of voles in the woodpile. We'll see how many new paths they've made in our lawn after the snow melts.



*Speaking of melting snow, our drift is finally receding after temperatures in the 40's yesterday and today. We only got completely snowed in once this winter after a Mardi Gras snowstorm. A friendly neighbor dug us out on Ash Wednesday with his big green tractor, which was very exciting to Anthony.



*We had fun making Valentine's Day cookies, although it was (another) snowy, windy day that kept us home from a playdate that the kids were especially looking forward to.



*We enjoyed watching the Lunar Eclipse.



*The kids have had a ton of fun playing in the snow...but Teresa in particular is longing for the grass to grow again.
