millions of peaches...

...peaches for free. Remember that song? It's been stuck in my head all day as I've been blanching, peeling, and pitting peaches. Our friends, who have a peach tree, were out of town this week and their peaches were ready to be picked. I have been making peach preserves, peach cobbler, and freezing peaches for the last couple of days. I've been eating them out of hand and feeding them to the children while I work. We have a few racks of peaches drying in our food dehydrator and I'd like to try and make some fruit leather tomorrow as we work our way through the last basket of peaches.
