love that kid

I haven't written much about him lately, but Anthony is still good for a laugh.  We're getting ready to watch a family movie and when we turn on the TV BBQ-University on Create is playing.  He's just finishing up some thick steaks and tells us he's going to show us how to properly cook a brisket next.  Well, brisket is on sale and Adam is going to pick some up tomorrow, so we tell the kids we're going to wath him cook this meat so we can cook ours correctly.  We're sitting there watching and learning about the seasoning paste, rub and then he gets to the mop sauce.  All of a sudden Anthony blurts out, "Who is that guy talkin' to?"  We missed the rest of the show, laughing, but the recipe is on the web.  ;)
