First of all, allow me to re-introduce my daughters - you may not recognize them with their summer hair cuts! Catherine's hair is as short as Teresa's was - and Teresa's is even shorter! They love it and it is MUCH easier to take care of.





Next, we would like to introduce Rainbow Brite. We call her Rainbow, just as her mother's name, Princess Presto Mermaid has been shortened to Princess.





The kitten was a big hit at Catherine's birthday party. A BIG thank you to my friend, Katie, who made extra cupcakes for her kids' recent birthday party so that I didn't have to!(She also brought a bunch of FUN beach balls to play with in the wading pools while other kids went crazy on Anne Marie's double slip-n-slide, or ran through the silly sprinkler that my mom gave us last year.) It was a practically perfect day - hot enough for the kids (all 31 of them!) but not too hot or humid for the moms (10 of us).





A few nice presents (including this book from my Amazon Wish List) - a lot of beautiful cards, handmade with love - but the highlight was a new Barbie in a swimsuit. Why? To swim in the Barbie Bubbling Spa that my girls have been asking me for since they saw it in my box of old toys in the attic, of course.





I also pulled out two more swimsuits for their "Christmas" Barbies and the Ken doll in a pair of bermuda shorts so they could play with their friends. Happy 7th Birthday Catherine!
