School

It's official. The kids are going back to school at St. Wenceslaus. We got our packets in the mail today and the kids are excited about their new teachers and classmates. Especially Anthony. He got the new Kindergarten teacher Mrs. GREENfield and his best friend, Thomas, is in his class along with 7 other boys and 12 girls.

Teresa doesn't really know anyone in her class. The two girls and one boy she knows pretty well are in the other one. Her teacher is Mrs. Turman. There are 8 girls and 12 boys in her class. Oh - and the first day of school is Teresa's BIRTHDAY - she thinks that's great. She's going to get a bunch of new friends for her birthday.

Catherine is excited to be in Mrs. Dailey's class with a lot of her friends from Kindergarten (12 girls, 10 boys). Her only disappointment is that the boy she wants to marry is in the other class. I advised her not to tell him that. He is cute, though.

I've got lots of pictures to upload here and Our Big Backyard (cute new chicks, caterpillar-chrysalis in a jar, groundhog...) but we're getting ready for a party on Saturday to celebrate Adam's 30th...and then I'll have even more pictures.
