Early Christmas presents

While Adam was doing routine maintenance on the softener, filters and what-not he noticed this:

`
So I got an early Christmas present.  We switched to electric and hope the 50 gallon will be big enough.  Our propane hot water heater was 50 gallons, but we've heard that natural gas/propane recovers faster than electric:
He also cleaned up this old, yet new to us, refrigerator to replace the one we've had since we got married (that was an old fridge when we got it)
My first side-by-side with a lot more room than our old fridge had.  (We're still working on the shelf spacing and placement - the milk is not up so high, now)  The water and ice in the door will be hooked up after the new tubing arrives and Adam revamps the reverse osmosis system.
Also fun and exciting, after 10 years we decided we'd better have the septic tank pumped.  There's nothing wrong with it but wanted to be proactive before we had sewage backing up into our basement.  After all, it's been 10 years and we have grown from a family of 2 (we moved in a couple of days before Catherine was born) to a family of 7.
